Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar – Cardiologist

Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar, one of the top consultant interventional cardiologists in Mumbai, carries out difficult angioplasties like left main stenting, bifurcation stenting, and rota ablation. He uses cardiac synchronization therapy (CRT), a novel technique that improves heart pumping, making him one of the few cardiologists in the region to do so. He is also a part of the team performing one of Mumbai’s trickiest transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) operations.
In addition to instructing cardiologists across the country, he oversees complex angioplasties for Abbott Vascular and TAVI for Meril.
